  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unopened Box: Items must not be opened or used. If the box is opened, the return will not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item in its original packaging with the receipt and any included accessories or documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the item’s purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges. If the item is not in its original, unopened condition, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
    • Custom-made or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • For health and safety reasons, food products are non-returnable
    • Hygiene and Safety: Liquids can be difficult to sanitize, and there could be health and safety concerns.
    • Product Integrity: Once opened, it’s hard to verify that the product is still in its original condition, which could affect quality.
    • Regulations: Some products, like pharmaceuticals or personal care items (shampoo, oil, serum, ...), might have regulations that prevent returns due to potential contamination.
